Limits the Agent Rule's --help claim to what help shows (CLI availability, options, whether an API key is present), following the review of #2.

The Agent Rule claimed `--help` verifies the CLI is "configured properly".
Help only reports whether an API key is present (its last four characters);
nothing contacts Perplexity, so a mistyped or revoked key looks configured
until the first real request fails. State what help shows.
