Summary

  • replace per-field PR inputs with one strict six-field pull-request binding
  • carry that canonical binding through Axrecipe result reads, envelopes, receipt construction, and live Forgejo verification
  • centralize revalidation, pending-review cleanup, publication, and recovery in the publishing module
