Moves releases to code.j4k.dev: the package becomes @j4k-oss/perplexity-agent-mcp in the j4k-oss registry, which pnpm projects can exempt from minimumReleaseAge. Merging cuts the next patch release. The rest of the diff is the j4k-align 6.7.6 sync.

The only runtime use of the package name was the MCP server name (src/server.ts). It is now the literal perplexity-agent-mcp, so clients still see {"name":"perplexity-agent-mcp"} in the handshake. The CLI name comes from bin and is unchanged.

Align refused to convert the build while build used --force and prepack called pnpm build. They are now the managed clean/rebuild/prepack trio, and align rewrote build itself.

The new lint floor forbids top-level await, so src/index.ts runs runServer() from an async main(). Exit codes and error output are unchanged: a missing API key still exits 1 with the same stderr.

npmjs stays at 1.6.5 until the GitHub mirror is set up. This PR adds review.yml, so it gets no automatic review.

Move releases to the j4k-oss Forge registry under the scoped name, sync
the repo with j4k-align 6.7.6, and keep the MCP server name pinned to
perplexity-agent-mcp. Replace the build/prepack scripts with the managed
clean/rebuild trio and drop the top-level await from src/index.ts.
