Re-renders the managed review.yml from align after align#247 moved the pinned review-wrapper action to cf15181. That wrapper release (#11) validates the PR number strictly, requires the service URL to be https and to match a pinned origin, rejects closed and merged pull requests, and reports an accurate reason when it refuses to resolve a conversation. The new expected-service-origin: https://review.j4k.dev input restores the pinned-URL assertion the deleted legacy workflow used to carry. The render also picks up the comment-only template amendments from align#246, which landed after this repo enrolled. Neat closure: this repo's own review check now runs the validated wrapper it shipped in #11.
