Update the managed review workflow to install @j4k/axrecipe 14.0.2.

This keeps the review worker package aligned with the Axrecipe server rollout.

Validation: repository pre-commit hooks passed; workflow bytes match the canonical Cluster pair.

A single-token version bump of @j4k/axrecipe from 14.0.0 to 14.0.2, applied uniformly at all eight npm install --ignore-scripts sites in .forgejo/workflows/pr-review.yml. I verified no 14.0.0 references remain anywhere in the tree and that the commit touches only this file.

The eight-way repetition of the literal pin is the one thing that invites an alternative — the neighbouring @j4k/axrun pin is threaded through a review_axrun_version shell variable, so a REVIEW_AXRECIPE_VERSION env would be the parallel construction. But this workflow is a generated, byte-for-byte managed artifact synced from the upstream Align/Cluster source (see the preceding chore(review): sync ... commits), so restructuring it here would break the canonical-pair parity the PR body cites as validation, and would be reverted by the next sync. If the duplication is worth removing, that belongs in the generator, not in this repository.
